Thank you to Kelly and Meliesa for putting this interview together, and making it available!

I was not technically in a cult like the 2by2s ( heart goes out to both of you!💞) but was in a faux-'family' that behaved alot like this whereby all members were under the spell of a deeply malignant narcissist with strong psychopathic traits. the lack of sense of self, self agency, the utter lack of life skills you have when one escapes this type of hell in the formative years is beyond astounding. I have found Life Skills for children of "dysfunction" was the closest I ever found- but it does not address the adult children of individuals (IMO have NO place having children in the first place!) the types who are actual purple red on the spectrum of malignancy, for example- if one's parent was a psychopath and one was reared and even groomed by such an individual- it seems almost to be a whole different galaxy- well beyond the scope of mere dysfunction. I was brought up in the home of a female predator who posesses NO conscience. Therefore getting help and therapy for that seems a daunting task.

(I am open to resources!)

Nonetheless, thankyou ladies for your stories! you both have grown out of this beautifully; and found some clarity and it is very encouraging.💞🙏
